      The items must not be worn, altered, damaged or washed and must have their original tags attached.

      Customized items such as personalized Jerseys, and special orders are not eligible for exchange.

      However, you will be responsible for all shipping costs; sending the product back to us, and shipping new product back to you as well.
      All returns must be authorized by Vancity Sports via email prior shipping. Items returned without authorization may be refused upon delivery.
